Thank you for shopping with SuperRice! Our store is operated by NUTRA FOODS AND EDIBLES. We are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. To achieve this, we've partnered with WareIQ, a leading e-commerce fulfillment and logistics network, to power our storage, packing, and shipping operations.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Thanks to our partnership with WareIQ, your orders are processed at lightning speed from a fulfillment center near you.

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched on the same day or the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and state holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

 

Shipping & Estimated Delivery Times

Our inventory is strategically located in multiple WareIQ fulfillment centers across India. This allows us to ship your order from the center closest to your delivery address, significantly reducing transit time.

  • Delivery Partners: We utilize WareIQ's smart courier allocation system, which automatically selects the best shipping partner (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and others) for your specific pin code to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

  • Estimated Delivery Timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 1-3 business days

    • Tier II & III Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Rest of India (including remote areas): 5-7 business days

Disclaimer: These are estimated delivery times. While we and our partners strive to deliver on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or other logistical disruptions.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is determined by the order weight and your delivery location.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Please check our website's home page or the checkout screen for current promotions.

 

Order Tracking

You can track your order every step of the way.

  • Real-Time Updates: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and an SMS from WareIQ containing your unique tracking number and a link to a dedicated tracking page.

  • Activation: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

 

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a valid contact number.

  • Nutra Food and Edibles is not liable for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to a WareIQ fulfillment center (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address or if the delivery is refused, we will contact you. Re-shipping the order will incur additional shipping charges.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Products: We take utmost care in packaging. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to proceed.

  • Lost Packages: If your order tracking has not updated for an extended period or is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at nutrafoodsedibles@gmail.com. We will coordinate with WareIQ and the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
