Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on the SuperRice online store, operated by NUTRA FOODS AND EDIBLES.

At SuperRice, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products and a satisfactory experience for our customers. As food products are perishable and non-returnable by nature, we do not accept general returns or refund requests once an order is confirmed and delivered.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. In any of the below-listed situations, we are happy to work with our customers to provide a free return and a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within 7 days of the product's delivery date.

 

Conditions for a Full Refund

1. In case of Wrong Product Delivered: If you have received an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • How to claim: Send an email to nutrafoodsedibles@gmail.com.

  • What to include in the email:

    • Your Order Number

    • Image of the Invoice

    • 1 clear image of the outer box

    • 2 clear images of the incorrect product received and the packaging slip.

2. In case of Expired Product Delivered: If you have received a product that has passed its expiry date, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • How to claim: Send an email to nutrafoodsedibles@gmail.com.

  • What to include in the email:

    • Your Order Number

    • Image of the Invoice

    • 2 clear images of the product, with the expiry date clearly visible.

3. In case of Damaged Product in Transit: If your product arrives in a damaged condition (e.g., torn packaging, spillage), please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • How to claim: Send an email to nutrafoodsedibles@gmail.com.

  • What to include in the email:

    • Your Order Number

    • Image of the Invoice

    • 1 clear image of the outer box

    • 2 clear images of the damaged product.

 

Return and Refund Process

  1. Claim Review: Once we receive your claim via email with all the required details, our team will respond within 24-48 hours.

  2. Return Initiation: If your claim is validated, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your address at no cost to you. Please ensure the product is in the same condition as received.

  3. Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned product at our facility, our team will conduct a quality check to verify the issue (e.g., wrong item, expired, damaged).

  4. Refund Processing: After a successful verification, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be credited to your original source of payment within 48 hours on working days.

 

Exclusions

  • We will be unable to accept a return or refund request for any issue raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • As our products are natural, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to variances in taste, texture, colour, or aroma.
